Please tell me the usage time.It is available from 9:00 to 17:00.
You may enter the room 30 minutes before and after your scheduled usage time for preparation and cleanup.
Is there parking available?It is possible, but the number of units is limited.
Parking outside of designated areas such as walkways is strictly prohibited.
We do not offer key storage, vehicle relocation, or alternative parking arrangements at the front desk.
Can the hotel handle the venue setup?I am sorry.We do not provide setup services at the hotel.
Please arrange and set up the tables, chairs, and other equipment at the venue yourself.
Please return the device to its original state after use.
What kind of equipment is available?Whiteboard, extension cord, etc.
